Mips and a Ribtech EPS foam liner provide increased protection in an accident. It’s multi-season certified for snow, skate and cycle use. Construction Hard-shell construction uses a Thin Shell ABS outer which is tough and durable, and an impact-absorbing Ribtech EPS foam liner. Ventilation There are 12 fixed vents. Air can enter through the front, internal channels in the liner enable it to flow through, and warm, stale air can escape out the back vents. Fit Compass Fit liner is comfortable to wear and can be size adjusted via the dial on the back. Additional Safety Mips (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) is a low-friction layer that sits between the shell and liner and works to reduce rotational forces on the brain in the event of an accident.
