Description

The updated Oakley MOD5 helmet is made for those who want to explore the whole mountain and is packed full of features for safety and comfort. Hybrid construction blends an in-mould Polycarbonate top section to keep the weight down, and a Dura-Matter lower section where impacts are more common for added strength and durability. Skull Matrix integrates MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) and the BOA 360o adjustable fit system to secure the helmet on the head seamlessly. Adjustable ventilation enables airflow to be fine-tuned for different weather conditions, and goggle venting draws stale air away from the top of lenses and out the helmet, helping to keep vision clear. The Power-Grid liner is warm and breathable, the magnetic Fidlock chin buckle is easy to use even with gloves on, and the helmet is fitted with a goggle clip to keep them secure. Oakley helmets are designed to offer a seamless fit with Oakley goggles.
